Each order is created by scooping beads, and the items you receive are based on the beads included in your scoop. Because every scoop is unique and cannot be replicated, we are not able to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed.

Shipping Policy

We work hard to get your order ready quickly. Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days after purchase. Once your package is on the way, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow it.

At this time, we ship within the United States only. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout so your order arrives without delay. While we cannot control carrier delays once your package has shipped, we are always happy to help if you run into any issues.
